Deposit Policies

Deposits are accepted all day and most options transfer money to your account immediately. Feel free to contact us for more information on the deposit methods.

Transfer fees will be covered on Person 2 Person deposits of $300 or more.

Customers who deposit using a credit, debit or pre-paid card will be required to send in documents including: copy of a valid photo id, copies of the front and back of each card used, utility bill, and signed authorization form.

Online Gaming activities may be restricted in some jurisdictions to government owned and managed lotteries, sports and horse wagering and may not be permitted in some cases. It is the sole responsibility of each customer to inform themselves of their local laws before funding their accounts.

*Clients depositing via credit or debit card must complete a 10 business day hold of their deposit + winnings before requesting a withdrawal out of their betting account.

The use of credit cards, as well as any of our e-wallet solutions and other electronic payment methods is restricted to one account, meaning the same credit card number, bank account or e-wallet account cannot be used by more than 1 client.

Credit cards or e-wallet accounts must be in the name registered in the account with Betlatina. In the event that the customer wishes to use a card or e-wallet account that is not in their name, the deposit must first be approved by management and proper documentation of card or e-wallet holder must be on file.

Deposit limits vary depending on the method used, any limit increase must be approved by management and Betlatina reserves the right to request sufficient documentation from any customer to validate the identity of the client before any limits are increased. Providing such documentation will not guarantee any increase in the deposit limits.

Any member found to be committing fraud of any kind with credit cards or any other electronic payment method will be subject to criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All winnings resulting from the illicit use of credit cards or any other electronic payment method will be automatically forfeited.

The descriptor on your credit card billing statement may vary from one transaction to the next as we use different processing companies. If you are unsure about a charge reflected on your statement please contact our security department to inquire about the charge

Credit card deposits as well as some e-wallet solutions are subject to a 10 business day hold before any payout can be processed and proper documentation will be required.

In the event funds are credited to a customer's account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify us of a foresaid error without delay. For accounts with negative balances, Betlatina reserves the right to cancel any pending plays, whether placed with funds resulting from the error or not.

In the event of delays due to transaction errors or third party processing delays, Betlatina cannot be held liable for any wagers missed due to the delay.

Betlatina is not responsible for any fees incurred in the funding of e-wallet accounts or the transfer fees charged by the e-wallet company.

We will not be liable for any additional fees charged by the members banking institution such as but no limited to; cash advance fees, international processing or currency fees, over draft fees or administrative banking fees.

Our company relies on the service of third party processors and cannot be held liable for any failure on their part.

The availability of deposit methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal Policies

All withdrawal requests are subject to approval by management.

All rollover requirements must be met and all necessary documentation must be received in order to process a payout. The fees are subject to change with no prior notice, although Betlatina will take all precautions to ensure clients are informed of any change in the fee structure.

Although we strive to process payouts as quickly as possible due to restrictions in certain geographical areas as well as bank and processor transfer procedures, all payouts may take up to 14 business days to process.

Certain payout requests may be subject to further delays pending confirmation of deposit funds clearing.

Certain withdrawal methods may not be available to all locations or restrictions may apply.

Payout requests are accepted Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 2:00 PM EST.

Withdrawals will only be processed in the name of the account holder. In the event that a client cannot receive the funds in his/her name, a written signed authorization must be received with the name of the person to whom the payout is endorsed. In addition, a valid photo id of the account holder must accompany the authorization form.

All withdrawal requests must be placed directly with a customer service representative either by phone or live chat. Email withdrawal requests will not be honored.

All customers must provide account number and password at the time of a withdrawal in order for our staff to accept the request. Failure to provide these or incorrect information provided will result in the denial of the request.

All requirements including rollover play periods and required documentation must be completed or received before a withdrawal can be processed.

All payout requests must undergo an internal due process and pass several stages of management approval before processing. The submission of a request by a customer service representative on behalf of the customer does not guarantee management approval.

All payouts are subject to the funds being available in the account at the time the withdrawal is being processed; if funds are not available the withdrawal request will be cancelled.

Betlatina reserves the right to request proper documentation such as valid photo id, utility bills and copies of credit cards before processing a withdrawal. Failure to comply with this will result in the cancellation of the request.

Before a member requests a payout it is their sole responsibility to ensure that all personal information including physical mailing address, phone number and email address are updated and correct in our system. In the event that we must redirect or re-send a payment due to an incorrect address, it will be the client's responsibility to assume the administrative fee of minimum $50.

Processing of person to person transfer requests may take up to 72 hours depending on the processor availability.

Although we strive to process payouts as quickly as possible, some methods may take longer to process due to transfer procedures and any payout may take up to 10 to 14 business days to be processed.

Depending on the deposit method some payout requests may be subject to additional holding periods.

On occasions we have to process your request via another method than the one originally requested. In the event that the method is changed, we will notify you.

Payout requests may be cancelled or modified prior to them being processed, once the payout has been processed no changes are allowed, in the event that a payout is cancelled at the customer's request, any fees charged will not be reimbursed.

Withdrawal methods, limits and fees are subject to change without prior notification.

Non cashable bonuses will be reversed at the time of a withdrawal.

In order to receive a free payout, the account must be active for a minimum of 30 days, and client must leave a minimum of 20% of their available balance in the account.

We reserve the right to deny, reverse or hold any withdrawal request if fraud is suspected either pertaining to the deposit or to the account activity.

Maximum withdrawal allowed per account in a 7 day period regardless of the method is $4,000.00 USD or its equivalent in the account currency.

Management reserves the right to lower the maximum payout amount for any customer at any time.

The house withdrawal rules will have precedence over any verbal or written offering by any employee of the company.
